Booking Engine Terms and Conditions of Use of primooo Global Ltd t/a Rent N Rides

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Booking Terms”) govern your use of the Rent N Rides booking platform, managed by primooo Global Ltd, a company registered in Malta trading as Rent N Rides (“Rent N Rides”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The platform allows you to book car rentals or ground transportation services, such as taxis, private transfers, business or first-class transfers, bus or minibus services, wheelchair-accessible transfers, and limousines (“Transportation”) from independent transportation providers (“Providers”).
By accessing or using the booking platform, you agree to these Booking Terms, whether or not you create an account or make a booking. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Rent N Rides. You must comply with these terms in all interactions with the platform. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform.
Information on the platform, including details about Transportation, Providers, or related services, may contain errors or inaccuracies. Rent N Rides is not responsible for such errors.
We may update these Booking Terms at any time by posting changes here. Specific terms on the website hosting the platform may override these Booking Terms. These terms also apply to bookings made via the Rent N Rides Customer Support Centre, with a copy emailed to you for phone bookings.

Our office is nestled at Level 2, The Business Centre, Triq il-Karmnu LUQA, LQA 1311, Malta – a dynamic location that fuels our passion for connecting travelers with seamless transportation solutions worldwide. At Rent N Rides, we specialize in linking you with trusted transportation Providers, earning a commission for facilitating your bookings. We don’t own or operate the vehicles – instead, we partner with reliable Providers to ensure you reach your destination with ease. Your agreement for transportation (“Provider Terms”) is directly with the chosen Provider, and Rent N Rides is not a party to it. You can review the Provider’s Terms on our platform after selecting a Provider and entering your booking details. By booking, you agree to the Provider’s Terms. Please note that Providers are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of the transportation services you book, and Rent N Rides does not guarantee or represent their services.
All our operations, including payment processing, voucher issuance, and dedicated customer support – covering queries, cancellations, refunds, and complaints – are managed from our Malta headquarters by primooo Global Ltd, ensuring a streamlined experience for all our customers worldwide.

3. Your Responsibilities
3.1 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, complete, and current information when using the platform, including:
- Personal Information: Full name, email, phone number, and payment details.
- Driver Details: Valid driver’s license, age, and any required qualifications per the Provider or local laws.
- Booking Information: Correct rental dates, pick-up/drop-off locations, and requests (e.g., GPS, child seats).
Update your details promptly via the platform if they change. Rent N Rides is not liable for issues like booking delays or cancellations caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
3.2 Using Transportation
You agree to use Transportation responsibly, following the Provider’s Terms provided at booking. This includes:
- Legal Compliance: Obeying all traffic, safety, and local laws, including speed limits, parking rules, and licensing requirements.
- Permitted Use: Using Transportation only for purposes outlined in the Provider Terms (e.g., personal travel), not for illegal activities, commercial use (e.g., ride-sharing), or unauthorized off-road driving.
- Driver Limits: Allowing only authorized drivers listed in the booking to operate the vehicle, with valid licenses provided at booking or pick-up.
- Vehicle Care: Keeping the vehicle in good condition, following fuel policies, and reporting any damage or issues to the Provider and Rent N Rides immediately.
Failure to follow these rules may lead to fees, rental termination, or liability for damages as outlined in the Provider Terms.
3.3 Returning Transportation
Return the vehicle to the specified location by the agreed date and time in your Voucher. Requirements include:
- Condition: Returning the vehicle in its original condition, allowing for normal wear and tear. You are responsible for any damage caused, as assessed by the Provider.
- Fuel Rules: Following the Provider’s fuel policy (e.g., full tank return if required).
- Late Returns: Informing the Provider and Rent N Rides immediately if you expect a late return. Late returns may incur fees per the Provider Terms.
- Personal Belongings: Rent N Rides is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Remove all belongings before returning.
Failure to comply may result in penalties, extra charges, or legal action by the Provider.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking Process
Book Transportation via the Rent N Rides platform as follows:
- Selection: Choose a vehicle, provide rental dates, locations, and any additional services.
- Confirmation: We verify availability with the Provider, which may take up to 48 hours. A Voucher with booking details and Provider Terms is emailed upon confirmation.
- Review: Check the Voucher and Provider Terms before confirming. Rent N Rides is not responsible for errors if you fail to review these.
- Changes: Request modifications (e.g., dates, vehicle type) via the platform, subject to Provider approval and availability.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payments are handled as follows:
- Platform Fee: Rent N Rides may charge a fee, included in the total cost at checkout, for platform services, support, and transaction processing.
- Provider Payment: Unless stated, pay the balance (e.g., rental cost, taxes, fees) to the Provider at pick-up. Payment methods are listed in the Voucher.
- Full Payment Option: In some cases, Rent N Rides collects full payment at booking, forwarding the Provider’s share minus our fee, as shown at checkout.
- Cost Breakdown: The Voucher details platform fees, Provider charges, taxes, and extras.
- Refunds: Refunds follow the cancellation policy in Section 4.3. Payments are in the chosen currency, and you cover any conversion fees.
Provide valid payment details with sufficient funds. Rent N Rides may cancel bookings if payment fails.
4.3 Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations and no-shows follow Rent N Rides’ policy in the Voucher:
- Cancellations: Cancel via the platform or Voucher contact methods. Refunds vary by timing (e.g., full refund if canceled 48 hours before pick-up; partial or no refund within 48 hours). Provider Terms may differ.
- No-Shows: Not picking up without canceling may forfeit payments, per Provider Terms. Notify Rent N Rides promptly if you cannot pick up.
- Modifications: Changes depend on availability and may incur fees. Contact Rent N Rides quickly to request changes.
- Disputes: Rent N Rides mediates cancellation or no-show disputes with Providers, requiring your documentation (e.g., Voucher, receipts).
Review the cancellation policy before booking and follow its terms.
5. Platform Availability
We aim for 24/7 platform availability but are not liable for downtime due to system issues, maintenance, or external factors. Access may be suspended without notice.
6. Support and Dispute Resolution
6.1 Customer Support
Rent N Rides is your main contact for platform, booking, or Provider issues. Services include:
- Help: Support for bookings, platform navigation, or Provider Terms.
- Issue Handling: Assistance with vehicle problems or Provider disputes.
- Contact: Email support@rentnrides.eu, call +356 7797 9979 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Malta time), Communicate promptly and respectfully. We escalate unresolved issues to Providers.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
For disputes with Providers:
- Direct Resolution: Try resolving issues (e.g., vehicle condition, charges) with the Provider at pick-up or during rental.
- Mediation: If unresolved, contact Rent N Rides with documentation (e.g., Voucher, photos). We mediate for fair outcomes.
- Decisions: Rent N Rides may make final decisions, balancing all parties’ interests, offering refunds or alternatives.
- Your Responsibility: You are liable for costs from misuse or violation of Provider Terms.
File complaints within 120 days of car rental drop-off or 30 days of other Transportation’s final scheduled day. Allow 20 working days for resolution. If unresolved, use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
7. Pricing and Currency
Pricing depends on your provided details (e.g., driver age, locations). Rent N Rides or Providers may correct pricing errors post-booking, notifying you to accept the new price or cancel with a full refund. We update exchange rates regularly, but we are not liable for differences with your card provider’s rates.
8. Data Privacy
We protect your data under applicable laws:
- Collection: We gather data (e.g., name, contact, payment, license) for bookings and support.
- Use: Data is used for bookings, communication, and legal compliance, shared only with Providers or as legally required.
- Security: Data is encrypted and securely stored.
- Retention: Data is kept only as needed or required by law, then deleted or anonymized.
- Breaches: We notify you of any data breaches as required.
Contact us to access, correct, or delete your data, subject to legal and operational limits.
9. Account Termination
- Your Termination: Stop using the platform anytime. Fulfill or cancel existing bookings per Section 4.3.
- Our Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for violations (e.g., misuse, fraud, reputational harm). You remain liable for prior obligations.
10. Liability Limits
Rent N Rides, as an intermediary, is not liable for:
- Provider actions or failures (e.g., accidents, delays, service issues).
- Losses from your misuse or violation of Provider Terms.
- Platform errors or interruptions.
Our liability is capped at platform fees paid by you in the prior 12 months, where permitted by law.
11. Third-Party Links
Links to external sites are for convenience and not endorsed. Rent N Rides is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or legality. Use them at your own risk.
12. Prohibited Uses
Do not use the platform for illegal purposes, to violate these Booking Terms, or to harm Rent N Rides’ reputation.
13. Age and Accountability
You confirm you are of legal age to book Transportation and are liable for all actions taken via your account. Protect your login details, as you are responsible for their use.
14. Card Transaction Security
We secure card transactions but are not liable for unauthorized charges, except where statutory rights apply. The platform is VeriSign secured and meets Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
15. Intellectual Property
Platform content is protected by intellectual property laws and is for booking use only. Without our written consent, you may not copy or use content commercially. You agree not to:
- Make false or speculative bookings;
- Research Providers or pricing;
- Use automated tools to extract data;
- Use Rent N Rides branding commercially;
- Copy content for commercial purposes.
16. Platform Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of error-free operation or virus-free content. We are not liable for damage from viruses, fraud, errors, or disruptions.
17. Non-Waiver
Not enforcing any Booking Terms does not waive those terms or rights.
18. Headings and References
Headings are for reference only. References to Rent N Rides include primooo Global Ltd.
19. Terms Updates
We may update these Booking Terms without notice. Updates do not affect existing bookings. Save or print terms at booking, available via your Voucher or platform. Providers may update their Terms, and we are not liable for such changes.
20. Legal Jurisdiction
These Booking Terms are governed by Maltese law. Malta-domiciled users are subject to exclusive Maltese court jurisdiction; others face non-exclusive jurisdiction. No partnership or agency exists. Compliance with legal requests does not incur liability. Using platform data to harass or solicit without consent violates these terms.
Residency changes matching the pick-up country may redirect you to the search page due to different terms or pricing, per Geoblocking Regulation.
